Loker Terbaru PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Garudafood is a food and beverage company subordinated to Tudung Group. GarudaFood addition, the Group also subordinates hood in agribusiness companies operating in the field of Crude Palm Oil and Peanuts. GarudaFood The group originated from PT Tudung, it was established in Pati, Central Java. The company founder is deceased Darmo Putro, former combatants who have chosen to engage in the business sector after the independence of Indonesia.

Through Lowongan Kerja PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya 2014 we are looking for a professional and experienced candidates to fill several positions below as:

1. HR Project Superindendent
Jakarta

Responsibilities:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

2. Cold Drink Development (Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
• Manage Chiller in area
• Spare part management
• Coordination and communication with sales and marketing team to increase placement chiller to the outlet.
• Part of bundling team project.
• Manage the full counting chiller in instore

Requierment:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with minimum. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1 years experience as a sales executive, sales and marketing management trainee,
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply patient, hard working and full dedicated, fast learner, innovative, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude, have a good analytical thinking, good command in Bahasa or English
• Excellent MS. Office (Excel)
• Having good interpersonal skill
• Excellent performance in working with team or individually
• Will to work anywhere in Indonesia
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• The applicant must strong  in Personalia, GA and People Development

3. Recruitment Senior Officer
Jakarta

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all recruitment process for all level (regular to executive) in Garudafood Group
• Making strategic planning in recruitment for more company competitiveness in talent war
• Make a new recruitment project to get a fit candidates for company needs

Qualification:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in major Psychology (Hold Master Degree in Psychology or hold Psychologist is preferable)
• Have experience in recruitment for at least 4 years, especially in FMCG or Manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge in Psyhcological Tools is a must, and able to become a tester, scorer and make psychological report
• Hold Assessor certification is better
• Able to conduct interview in BEI and in depth
• Willing to travel extensively
• Placement in Head Office, Tanah Kusir
