Responsibilities:
Our award-winning Service Management Team is currently seeking for individuals to answer to the challenge of providing the best services to our VIP health insurance members. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate holds at least a Diploma Degree in Nursing or Hospital Management
• Possess a minimum 1 (one) year working experience in Customer Care/Services, preferably in Insurance company
