PHARMACIST (CLINICAL PHARMACY) 

Qualifications:

• S2 Clinical Pharmacy
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Preferred has experience min 1 year. 
• STRA and have a valid Letter of competency

General Qualifications:
Male / female max. 35 years old.

NURSE 

Responsibilities:

• Providing care for patients
• Mastering the tools related to patient care
• Accompanying the doctor visit
• Coordinate with other units in order to achieve service excellence

Qualifications:

• S1 Nursing + Nurses or min. D3 Nursing.
• Preferably who have experience min.4 Year
• Experience as a ward nurse
• Especially those who already have a SIP

General Qualifications:
Male / female max. 40 years old.
