Logistics Administrator - Bekasi
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide proper management to ensure smooth logistics operation in the area of inbound logistics and general administration
DIMENSIONS:
This role will cover custom clearance for all Lubricant product importation from multiple supply source
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Act as one of Logistics Superuser
• Trains and provide guidance on the new system and process flow within Inbound Lubricants Processes as per Shell standards/policies
• Liaison officer for any GSAP retrofit activities
Accountable for payment settlement with vendors
• Monitor (maintain list of) payments to be made to vendors (open, closed, outstanding, etc.)
• Point of contact for issuing PO to vendor
Manage administration of import shipment clearance from ports
• Monitor (maintain list of) containers to be cleared from ports
• Coordinate with custom agents for customs clearance processes
Manage general logistics department administration, including
• Attendance timesheet collection and administration
• General purchases
KEY CHALLENGES:
• Deals with custom agents and potentially with government officials
• Interface with many stakeholders, internally and externally, requires good interpersonal skill
• Faced with long list of data requires careful yet quick action
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge on:
• Custom clearance processes
• Purchasing processes
Experience in:
• More than 2 years of working experience
• General Affair / Administration
• Shell or lubricant working environment
