Personal Financial Consultant
Key job responsibilities include:
• Working with our Bank Partner staff to ensure they have an understanding of Life insurance products and are able to identify and refer customers who have a need for insurance products
• Working with customers referred from the Bank Partner staff to understand their financial situation and recommend Astra Life insurance products that help them achieve their identified goals
• Following a structured process to help customers make the right decision.
• Following up on referrals from the Bank Partner
• Arranging meetings with existing clients
• Building strong relationships with the bank partner management and branch staff
Job requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, management or related major
• One year’s (minimum) experience in selling to individual customers or customer service experience
• Good general knowledge of the life insurance and banking industry
