Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform application for opening a checking account, savings and deposits
• Implement Customer requests in the making reference Fiscal Bank Draft, ATM card replacement and replacement passbook
• Perform administrative checks and demand deposits (demand manufacture and delivery as well as the recording).
• Make the notification dormant account
• Warning Letters 1,2 Creating and closing of accounts either at the request of customers and caused because SPPR
• Conducting Cross Selling products throughout the Bank to
Customers who come (if enough time).
• Provide the best service to the Customer accordance with the standards of service
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and resolved
• Maintain good Customer relationships with Customers existing and new Clients to remain faithful with BLL service
• Implement it - it is necessary to comply with regulatory provisions as stated in the internal policy
Terms and Qualifications:
• Education min D3
• GPA min 2.75 from various disciplines
• Age max 25 years
• Having min 1 year experience as a frontliner
• Target oriented and Customer service
• Interpersonal skills, communication, attractive and meticulous
