CALL CENTER OFFICER 

Requirements:
• Male / Female, age max. 28 years:
• Educational attainment Min. D3 with experience. 1 year as Call Center / Customer Care / Telemarketing:
• Have a clear voice articulation:
• Proportional to the min height 155 cm:
• Interesting look, Sociable, Energetic, Communicative:
• Being able to speak English well (oral):
• Able to operate Ms. Office especially Excel and Word:
• Willing to work in shifts;
• Willing to be placed in BSD (Serpong - Tangerang)
• Able to join immediately

Duties and responsibilities:
• Receiving calls from customers:
• Provide information services include: information products, service requests, and service complaints from customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER 

Requirements:
• Preferably Female, Single, age max. 28 years,
• Educational attainment Min. D3 with experience. 1 year
as Customer Service are accustomed to dealing with VIP clients, preferred and Telecommunications Industry:
• Have a clear articulation of the voice;
• Proportional to the min height 155 cm:
• Interesting look, Sociable, Communicative Energetic
• Being able to speak English well (oral):
• Able to operate Ms. Office especially Excel and Power Point:
• Willing to be located in Menteng - Jakarta Center
• Can join immediately
