JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To lead the company strategy (from Business Development perspective) and company road map to ensure the company objectives are fully achieved:
• To ensure that all business units in the company are fully served and pleased with the support required especially in the area of Financial Analysis and strategy
• To own the investor relationship work for the directorate and to create the shadow accounting for company:
• To support company brand and value propositioning, s/he is responsible to develop a solution which must give value to overall company and the directorate brand and in particular company shares in me market Directorate brand will be further acknowledged as the leader in the industry,
• To own the end to end process of Merger & Acquisition (all aspects of qualitative and quantitative of M&A plus scoring)
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have few years working experiences in audit firms will be an advantages:
• Rich of experiences in M&A both the buyer and seller side:
• Competencies in Corporate Finance Analysis. MM (Finance, Legal, Auditor and all aspects of due diligent), Risk management & analysis:
