Transport Supervisor
Jakarta

Main Responsibility:
• Setup and manage distribution scheme for internal delivery
• Coordinate with event team and marketing team for teucking support schedule and volume
• Follow up and control on time delivery for raw material to supplier
• Coordinate with RM and Production team
• Receive and manage daily internal delivery request both warehouse and head office
• Control all process for inbound shipment from warehouse and transporter with valid handover and valid documentation then send the related user
• Provide the detail report for each delivery and set up the KPI
• Control the delivery expenses, clear reporting to accounting
• Control and follow up the maintenance process of each trucking
• Manage the GPS tools and use for effective operation in delivery
• Ensure the operation in weight measurement of domestic shipment by scale operator team accordance to SOP
• Propose the overtime and implement the reward-punishment scheme to team
• Control for all equipment in operation (strapping printing sticker)
• Review cost of delivery trucking and provide a system control

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree with majoring Transport & Distribution / logistic
• Having 3 years experience
• Will be replace on warehouse of Sophie Paris (Cengkareng near with airport)
