AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
1. Major Accoountabilities
• Serve as Project Manager, for multiple large / small concurrent capital projects. Coordinate, implement, and complete projects on schedule and within budget. Assure that all design and installation work conducted by technicians/mechanics and external contractors is completed per defined functional requirement specifications. Provide updates to management on project status. Perform Project Management functions including the preparation of scope documents, capital budgets, project schedules and the management of project resources and personnel. Proficient at using software project planning tools (Microsoft Project) for this purpose.
• Respond to production support needs related to automation. This role will, at times, necessitate off-hours activities. Provide timely engineering analyses for resolving production problems that are related to automating processes, utility equipment and/or systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Design, develop & implement controls systems to support manufacturing. Maintain an on-going technical expertise in the area of automation.
• Formulate, submit for approval, execute and evaluate validation protocols, capability studies and engineering tests for all new or modified production and process automation within Fort Worth Manufacturing. Communicate to management the status of these activities in easily understood terms. Demonstrate an awareness of regulatory requirements through appropriate development of IOQ and ECO testing, and accurate and complete documentation in all activities.
• Work with Alcon management and outside consultants/contractors to conceptualize layout and appearance of new and modified automation systems.
• Assist Senior Management with strategic planning of manufacturing plant utilization and production process development. Able to conduct FEMA’s and Kizan events to improve existing processes and introducing new processes.
• At this level position may include supervisory responsibilities for development purposes.
2. Skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Master's Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 3 or more years of relevant working experience, demonstrated knowledge of a combination of plcs, hmi, scada, packaging equipme, Familiar with Engineering studies..
•Required language(s): English
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
•Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Laboratory Superintendent
Responsibilities:
1. Main Function
• Supervise and lead microbiology laboratory and incoming inspection area to ensure a smooth day to day operating following the existing SOP's and implementation of GMP/GLP/GDP
• Demonstrate complete competence in all laboratory methods, investigational techniques, validation of laboratory procedures, and validation support of process outside the laborator
2. Skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Master's Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, BioTechnology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): proficiency with all current microbiology lab requirement & technique, strong investigative and reasoning skills, strong interpersonal, managerial, validation experience skills.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
