Reservation Agent

Responsibilities:
• Experience in handling the guest
• Guest Service Oriented

Requirements:
• Has experiences in the same position minimum 2 years in 4 or 5 star hotel
• Fluent in English both oral and written is A MUST, other foreign language is preferable
• Computer Literature
• Preferable understand Fidelio Opera
• Well Groomed, good looking, energetic
• Has high commitment on the job, able to adapt with new environment and accept challenges
• Service oriented and positive attitude

Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
• Handling complaint of the guest
• Handling check in procedure
• Handling check out procedure

Requirements:
• At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel
• Graduated minimum from diploma degree (D3)
• Familiar with Opera is a must
• A good level of spoken English Language is a must
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fact paced environment
• Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
