Kepala Produksi
Responsibilities:
• Monitor production process shrimp processing
• Coordinate work in the production department of a well
• Create and analyze reports on a weekly and monthly production
• Lead and develop a team for processing shrimp
• Can achieve the targets that have been set
Requirements:
• Maximum age 35 years
• Minimum D3 from any major (preferably fisheries background)
• Experienced in the shrimp processing industry at least 2 years
• Good communication skills
• Look attractive and authoritative
• Computer literate (MS.Office, & Internet)
• Discipline, honest, and willing to work hard
• Having good leadership
• Have the ability to write and analyze reports
• Willing to work with the target / deadline time
• Target oriented and high achiever
Mechanical Engineering Staff
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance AC machines and other companies - other
• Creating a report on its work
• Can run production engine cooling system for cold storage and chill room (ammonia), cooling tower, compressor, condenser / evaporator and others - others
Requirements:
• Electrical or Engineering Education D3/S1
• at least 1 year experience in their field
• Understand HACCP, GMP and certification of production processes
• Able to work together as a team
