GM Human Capital Management 
Jakarta 

Responsibilities:
• Proficient in Recruitment Selection & Assessment system, Manpower Planning, Placement, Personal Administration, man power regulation, Operational HR
• Mastering Appraisal System and Implementation of the Assessment, Coaching & Counseling.
• Mastering the Training Need Analisys, Training & Development & Evaluation.
• Mastering System Compensation & Benefits, Compensation Package Design, Payroll Management.
• Mastering labor law, HR Regulation, HR Policy, SOP, Performance Management, Strategic HR, Organization Design, Organization Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations
• Have the ability to PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action)
• Mastering the rules of Social Security, health insurance and Pension Fund

Requirment (s):
• Male
• Max Age 40 Years
• Minimum S1/S2, all the majors (Preferably majoring in Psychology)
• Have experience of 5-10 Years in the field and positioned the same
• Have the ability to communicate well and Leadership
