Job Role:
• Monitoring Workforce as need of company’s and group using approaches such as productivity ratio, benchmark to industry
• Review composition / formation
• Provide Workforce report

Qualification & Experience:
• Min. Bachelor Degree HR Management, Economic
• 3-5 years of working experinces in Human Resources
• Fluent in English
• Able to work independent and under pressure

Manager Channel Performance and Information - Jakarta

Job Role:
• Monitoring program execution as well as investigating, troubleshooting and ensuring proper follow up on operational issues by relevant parties with the objective of Plans, organize, controls internal sales and channel performance to achieve company’s target within channel policy & compliance:
• Develop National KPI Dealer & Internal Sales
• Commission Payout  for Dealer, Internal Sales & Channel Program
• Report Review & Analysis KPI Dealer & Internal Sales
• Report Review & Analysis Cluster
• Review Effectiveness Channel Program
• Channel Budget Monitoring

Qualification & Experience:
• S1 Major in Management, Accounting, Telecommunication, Industrial
• 5 years in Telco or FMCG
• Having Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill, Analytical Skill, Bussiness Accument
• Customer Oriented
• Having Skill Ms. Office, Advance Presentation
