Description:
• Manage Daily Monitoring Service with Brokers for getting good performances of Custom Clearance and Delivery Containers.
• Developing Teams for Import Documentation Process to minimize delay documents submission.
• Developing Cross Border Logistics Invoices Process for ensuring all payments is in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
• Doing quarterly audit for Import Documentation and Invoices Payment
• Assisting Group CBL Manager to ensure all Cross Border Logistic Process accordance with the I trade CSA Compliance
• Supervising day to day operations for 2 (one) Coordinators and 14 (four teen) Clerks.
• To liaise with Brokers and team on function events to ensure compliance with the Cross Border Logistics policies.

Qualifications:
A variety of college degrees, both undergraduate and graduate, are held by people successful in Customer Service / Logistics. Opportunities exist for experienced (typically 1-5 years) and inexperienced applicants. Desirable characteristics include strong analytical capability, demonstrated leadership, the ability to work effectively with other people, fluency in English and strong communication skills, and a strong interest in the commercial and customer aspects of business.
