JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implementing the placement organization
• Implementing the people development
• Getting employees with appropriate skills, abilities and competencies for the company needs
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Human Resource Management. Industrial Engineering, Psychology
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
• Maximum age of 27 years old in 2014
• Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve
existing program
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
• Computer literacy is a must
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
